Check out your favorite area’s deals and see what works best for you. Shaun obviously has an Epic Pass, which makes sense for someone skiing at many different areas like him. There are special discounts for buying early, before 9/25/2013. Some of these areas are open all summer. Some of these deals advertise that if you buy your season pass now you’ll get free hiking.

Early pricing specials are in effect until November 3 at my home NM ski area http://www.skipajarito.com/season_passes.php and they are offering something new! “This year we are planning reciprocal agreements with Red River, Monarch, Angel Fire, Sipapu, Sunlight and Ski Cooper – 3 free days at each.” They also offer season prices for lockers, a great idea if you always ski at the same area. Seriously, an adult season’s pass today is $399, after Nov 3rd it is $639.
